(A) City membership. The city may be a member of the following organizations:
(1) The state’s Association of Cities and Towns;
(2) The state’s Chiefs of Police Association;
(3) The state’s Fire Chiefs Association;
(4) The state’s League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers;
(5) The county’s Council of Governments; and
(6) The North Central Mayors Round Table.
(B) Mayoral memberships. The Mayor shall represent the city in the following organizations:
(1) The state’s Association of Cities and Towns;
(2) The county’s Council of Governments; and
(3) The North Central Mayors Round Table.
(C) Clerk-Treasurer membership. The Clerk-Treasurer shall represent the city in the state’s League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers.
(D) Chief of Police membership. The Chief of Police shall represent the city in the state’s Chiefs of Police Association.
(E) Fire Chief membership. The Fire Chief shall represent the city in the state’s Fire Chiefs Association.
