§ 152.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby created and established a Tree Board for the city which shall consist of six members, two being members of the Common Council, one being a member of the Planning Commission, one being a member of the Park Board, and one being a member of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The first Tree Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Common Council.
