§ 151.35 SUPERVISION OF WORK; INSPECTION OF MATERIALS.
   (A)   Supervision. All sidewalk repair or construction work shall be done under the supervision of the Street Commissioner who shall inspect and report on the work before its approval and acceptance by the Council.

   (B)   Inspection. The material used for all sidewalk construction or repair shall be inspected and approved by the Street Commissioner before use.
