(A) I.C. 36-7-9 et seq. and all amendatory provisions thereto, are hereby adopted hereunder and deemed to be a part of the building regulations of the city.
(B) The definition of SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTERESTS, as defined under I.C. 36-7-9-2 and as related to the property interests affected by this section, is incorporated herein by reference.
(C) The Plan Commission and the Building Commissioner are hereby designated and appointed to administer this section and the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9 et seq.
