§ 113.46 REGULATIONS FOR ESCORT AGENCIES.
   (A)   An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of 18 years.
   (B)   A person commits an offense if the person acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort, for any purpose, under the age of 18 years.
