§ 111.03 REFUND OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Refund. No fee paid for a taxicab license shall be refunded.

   (B)   Revocation. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, a taxicab license may be revoked by the Mayor after a hearing for the failure of the licensee to comply with this subchapter.
