§ 30.072 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO HEAR VIOLATIONS.
   The hearing and disposal of certain violations shall take place in the Elwood City Court pursuant to the interlocal agreement referenced here and as modified from time to time, as necessary, to provide for the prompt and efficient disposal of municipal violations.
