§ 30.055 HEAD OF FISCAL BRANCH.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the city and the head of the fiscal branch. He or she shall perform the duties assigned by I.C. 36-4-10, and other duties as the Common Council assigns.
