The lands titled to the city and located on the corner of Church Street and Harrison Street within the corporate limits and commonly know as the Harrison Square Park, which is more particularly described legally in the ordinance enacting this section, is hereby incorporated into the city parks system and is hereafter and hereby deemed and designated a city park.
