(A) The Planning Commission shall, where necessary, designate individuals and/or officers of the municipal corporation to institute procedures to carry out the enforcement of this subchapter and may bring civil action through the City Attorney of the municipal corporation to enjoin the continuance of any nuisance defined herein.

(B) In lieu of the abatement procedure set forth in §§ 93.03 through 93.07, the Building Inspector, Building Commissioner, Planning Director, Planning Commissioner, and any law enforcement officer may, in his or her sole discretion, cite any violation of § 93.02 directly into the City Court or other court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement of said violations.
