§ 91.52 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Whenever necessary for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter or whenever the Fire Chief or authorized fire inspector has reasonable cause to believe that any condition which makes such structure or premises unsafe, the Fire Chief or fire inspector shall be permitted to enter such structure or premises at a reasonable time to inspect the building or to perform other duties within the scope of this chapter. If such entry is refused, the Fire Chief shall have recourse, as provided by law, to secure entry.
