(A) The following fire safety rules of the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, as set out in 675 I.A.C. 22 are hereby incorporated by reference in this chapter and shall include late amendments thereto as the same are published in the State Register or the State Administrative Code with effective dates as fixed therein:
(1) State Flammable and Combustible Liquids and Gases Code;
(2) State Fire Prevention Code; and
(3) International Fire and Building Codes, as amended.
(B) Copies of adopted fire safety rules, codes, and standards are on file in the Fire Chief’s office and the Building Commissioner’s office.
