§ 90.084 IMPOUNDING VICIOUS ANIMALS.
   The animal control officer may order the immediate impoundment of the vicious animal when:
   (A)   The animal has attacked, bitten, or injured a human being or other domestic animal;
   (B)   The animal is a vicious animal, as defined herein, and the owner has failed to comply with the requirements and conditions herein provided for keeping a vicious animal; or
   (C)   The animal poses a threat of serious harm to the public safety of the community.
