§ 90.065 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   All fees and monies collected shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer or ACO. Money so paid shall be transmitted to the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be placed in a special fund and shall be used in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
