§ 90.043 DISEASE-CARRYING DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any dog, which may communicate or has hydrophobia or any other contagious or infectious disease or that has not been inoculated for rabies, to run at large.
   (B)   Any violation of this section shall, at the discretion of the ACO, cause the animal to be immediately impounded or destroyed.
