Every owner/keeper of a dog shall cause it to be inoculated by a registered veterinarian with either a one-year or three-year rabies serum and shall, upon verbal request from ACO, produce an amount based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time, and an amount based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for each subsequent offense. However, no more than one citation shall be issued in any 24-hour period.
