§ 90.011 ENFORCEMENT.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the ACO and other appropriate law enforcement agencies, and any such enforcement officer may issue a written ticket to the violator which shall include a brief description of the violation. If the violator fails to pay such ticket to the Violations Bureau, the ACO shall process the ticket through the City Attorney for judicial collection.
