A motor vehicle parked in a space reserved for persons with physical disabilities shall have at least one of the following displayed on said motor vehicle in a place that may be viewed by the public:
(A) An unexpired disability parking permit issued under I.C. 9-18.5-8;
(B) An unexpired disabled veteran’s registration plate issued under I.C. 9-18.5-5;
(C) An unexpired disability registration plate or decal issued under I.C. 9-18.5-8-1; or
(D) An unexpired disability parking permit, an unexpired disabled veteran’s registration plate, or an unexpired disability registration plate or decal issued under the laws of another state to stand or park in a space reserved for persons with physical disablities.
