For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Defined in I.C. 9-13-2-105.
PERSON WITH A PHYSICAL DISABILITY. A person who has been issued a placard under I.C. 5-16-9 or a disability registration plate for a motor vehicle by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles under I.C. 9-18.5-8-1.
