§ 70.20 DUTY OF POLICE CHIEF.
   (A)   The Chief of Police and his or her deputies shall enforce all city traffic regulations and all state laws, make arrests for traffic violations, investigate accidents, cooperate with city officials in the administration of the traffic laws and in developing ways to improve traffic conditions, and carry out those duties imposed upon the Chief of Police and deputies by this code.

   (B)   The Chief of Police shall serve as City Traffic Engineer.
