(A) The City Court is hereby authorized to assess a fee based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time to a defendant for the purpose of reimbursing the City Court for the production and transmission of the SR-16 form and the SR-17 form and court orders to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for reinstatement of the defendant’s driver’s license.
(B) The fee for an SR-16 form and/or an SR-17 form and for all other court orders fee shall be collected in the same manner as fines and costs are currently collected by the City Court but shall be deposited in the City Court Non-Reverting Fund.
(C) The fees collected pursuant to the order and deposited in the Non-Reverting Fund shall be expended only pursuant to the procedures and for the purposes authorized when said Non-Reverting Fund was established and pursuant to state law.
