§ 70.02 TITLE; NOT RETROACTIVE.
   (A)   This Title VII shall be known and may be cited as the City Traffic Code.
(Prior Code, § 70.02)
   (B)   This code shall not have a retroactive effect. It shall not apply to any traffic accident, cause of action arising out of a traffic accident or judgment arising therefrom, or violation of this code occurring prior to the effective date of this code.
