(A) Inconsistent ordinances repealed. All prior ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with any provision of this chapter are hereby repealed. This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication, as provided by law.
(B) Right to amend. The city together with the Stormwater Utility Board may promulgate additional regulations or amendments to this chapter for the operation, management, and maintenance of the stormwater system and for connections to that system from time to time with approval from the Common Council.
