Effective July 20, 2018, a stormwater drainage utility for the city is hereby established. The municipal stormwater system shall be operated as a public utility pursuant to the state’s code and from which revenues will derive subject to the provisions of this chapter and state statutes. The stormwater utility will be a part of the City Public Works Department and under direction of the Stormwater Superintendent.
