§ 53.08 TESTING OF METERS.
   A customer may request the testing of a water meter to determine if it is defective. The customer shall tender a deposit, based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time, which shall be refunded only if the test reveals that the meter is defective.
