(A) Metered user block schedule. For use of and service rendered by the waterworks system of the city, rates based on the use of water supplied by said waterworks system shall apply based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
(B) Metered use minimum schedule. Each user shall pay a minimum charge based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time in accordance with the size of meter installed for which the user will be entitled to a quantity of water as addressed in division (A) above.
(C) Temporary users. Water furnished to temporary users, such as contractors, circuses, railroads, and the like, shall be charged on the basis of the metered rates established in divisions (A) and (B) above as estimated and established by the Waterworks Superintendent.
(D) Fire service per annum. Rates are based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
(E) Automatic sprinkler connections per annum. Rates are based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
