§ 52.069 PRETREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL COOLING WATER.
   Industrial cooling water, which may be polluted with insoluble oils, grease, or suspended solids, shall be pre-treated for removal of pollutants, and the resulting clear water shall be discharged in accordance with this subchapter.
