§ 52.042 PIPES.
   (A)   Composition. All building sewer pipes shall be of materials in conformity with the state’s Plumbing Code (675 I.A.C. 16); provided, however, cast iron pipes with leaded joints may be required by the Inspector where the building sewer is exposed to damage by tree roots. If installed in filled or unstable ground, the building sewer shall be of cast iron soil pipe except that vitrified clay sewer pipe may be accepted if laid on a suitable concrete bed or cradle as approved by the Inspector.

   (B)   Manner of laying pipes. All pipe laying shall be performed in accordance with the state’s Plumbing Code (675 I.A.C. 16).
