A permit and inspection fee based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for a residential or commercial building sewer permit and a fee based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for an industrial building sewer permit shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer at the time the application is filed.
