(A) Additional trash bags.
(1) A charge to the city utility customers is established in an amount per trash bag based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for trash bag pickup beyond the three bag limit heretofore established.
(2) All trash bags hereunder shall be purchased at the city utility office and will be distributed to utility customers in packages containing not less than five bags per package.

(B) Sale of recycling bags.
(1) This section fixes a charge for recycling bags at the rate of $1 per ten bags for city utility customers.
(2) All non-utility customers may purchase recycling bags at a rate per bag based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time in minimum quantities of four.
(3) This division (B) allows utility customers to credit recycling bag purchases to their utility account with applicable penalties for non-payment.
