§ 50.04 DUMPING OF DIRT, SAND, AND GRAVEL.
   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the dumping of dirt, sand, and gravel which is free from all trash, rubbish, and refuse materials of all kinds upon any lot with the permission of the owner for the purpose of elevating the grade of the lot or the improvement thereof.
