(A) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.73(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Whoever shall be found guilty of violation of 44 51.06 shall be subject to the same penalty as provided by state law for the offense of criminal mischief (see KRS 512.020 through 512.040).
