Admissible wastes for discharge into any public sanitary sewer are further defined and restricted by the applicable rules and regulations of the Alexandria Construction Subdistrict. All rules and regulations officially adopted by the Board of Directors of the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties, Kentucky, pertaining to the use by persons or public corporations of the works and improvements of the Alexandria Construction Subdistrict No. 1 of Campbell County in order to secure the best results from the construction, operation, and maintenance of the works and improvements or to prevent their damage from misuse shall apply to any user of the city sewerage system.
