Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
