§ 31.49 CALVIN A. PERRY COMMUNITY CENTER MANAGER.
   (A)   The position of Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager is hereby created.
   (B)   The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor and may be removed by the Mayor at will, unless otherwise provided by statute, tenure, contract or ordinance.
   (C)   The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall be subject to the authority of the Mayor, who shall provide immediate supervision and direction, unless the Mayor shall delegate such immediate supervision and direction of the Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager to another.
   (D)   The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager is a part-time position involving the scheduling and schedule management of the city’s Calvin A. Perry Community Center, and other duties relating to the management of the Calvin A. Perry Community Center as directed by the Mayor.
   (E)   The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall possess sufficient qualifications, education and experience in order to effectively carry out the duties of the position, and still maintain the ability to cope with situations firmly, courteously and tactfully, and to respect the rights of the users and customers of the Calvin A. Perry Community Center. He or she shall have other qualifications, skills and abilities as required by the Mayor.
   (F)   Compensation for the Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall be twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) per year, unless a different compensation is established or set by separate ordinance or by the city’s fiscal year budget. The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall be provided with no additional benefits.
   (G)   The Calvin A. Perry Community Center Manager shall not be required to execute the oath of office as set forth in Section 228 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky prior to the assumption of the duties of that position, unless required to do so by the Mayor.
   (H)   There are no bond requirements for this position.
