§ 91.07  VIOLATIONS.
   In addition to the remedies provided in § 91.06, the City Police shall cite any person, utility, company or entity for each violation of §§ 91.02 through 91.06, and any person, utility, company or entity violating §§ 91.02 through 91.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned not to exceed six months in the county jail, or both such fine and imprisonment.  Each street, sidewalk, right-of-way, easement, storm sewer, water line, or sewer line cut, excavated, burrowed, tunneled, bored, disturbed, damaged or altered, shall be deemed a separate offense.  Further, if deemed necessary by the City Council to protect the public ways and public utilities of the city, additional permits under this subchapter may be denied to any person or entity convicted of violating it.
