(A) The city shall charge to the City Planning and Zoning Commission, fees according to the schedule attached to Ord. 14-93, passed 6-17-93, which schedule is incorporated herein by reference, for services provided by city staff, employees and contract professionals rendered in the course of servicing the Planning and Zoning Commission’s clients, applicants and service recipients.
(B) It shall be the policy of the city that the Planning and Zoning Commission raise sufficient funds to pay the city’s invoices rendered pursuant to division (A) above, or to allow the city to collect the fees directly from the Planning and Zoning Commission’s clients, applicants and service recipients.
(C) If the Planning and Zoning Commission does not carry out the policy set forth in division (B) above, then the city shall terminate the services provided to the Planning and Zoning Commission, its clients, applicants and service recipients, by the city staff, employees and contract professionals.
