(A) The following schedule of fees for building permits, permit review and building inspection services, including HVAC fees to be charged by the Building Inspector is hereby established:
(1) Move and set permits, over land not public rights-of-way, one hundred dollars ($100.00). Move and set permits, over land using public right-of-way, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(2) The City of Alexandria does hereby adopt the applicable provisions of the then current fee schedule for the Campbell County Fiscal Court-Campbell County and Municipal Planning and Zoning Commission, the fee schedule effective March 1, 2015 is attached to the ordinance codified herein and is incorporated herein by reference as exhibit “A”. The fee schedule is available in the City Clerk’s office at the City Building and online at the city’s website www.alexandriaky.org.
(B) All building inspection and permit fees for building permits, permit review and building inspection services, including HVAC fees, shall be paid directly from the applicant to the county.
