(A) Criminal penalties, company or corporation. Each separate violation of any section of this chapter committed by a business, company, or corporation, shall be a Class B Misdemeanor for which the criminal fine shall not exceed the maximum amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
(B) Criminal penalties, individual. Each separate violation of any section of this chapter, committed by an individual shall be a Class B Misdemeanor for which the criminal fine shall not exceed the maximum amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and/or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days.
