§ 98.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The provisions of KRS 383.500 through 383.715 (the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act) are hereby adopted by reference and made applicable to the city.
   (B)   The provisions of KRS 383.500 through 383.715, copies of which accompany Ord. 2018-02, are hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city.
