§ 92.25 REMEDY.

(A) Any person found to be in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to and the city shall have the powers as set forth for nuisance abatement procedure provided in § 92.04.

(B) Any person found to be in violation of these subchapter sections shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 92.99.
