(A) It shall be unlawful to park or stop a motor vehicle for more than a period of ten minutes in the following locations.

(B) The Maintenance Department is hereby authorized and directed to erect signs indicating a ten-minute parking limit in the above locations and shall paint lines on the street indicating the location of the parking spots.
(C) The City Police Department is hereby directed to issue city citations for violation of division (A) above, with the fine payable to the city in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) for each violation. Revenue from these parking violations may be retained by the city pursuant to KRS 65.120.
(D) In the event that a violator who has been cited by city citation for parking violations as stated in division (A) above fails to pay the fine as stated in division (C) above within seven (7) days from the date of this citation, that violator shall be cited to Campbell District Court for the violation, and upon conviction of any violation of division (A) above, the violator shall be punished by a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) for each offense.
