(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(B) Any person who violates § 71.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than sixty dollars ($60.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

(C) Any person who violates § 71.35 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be, upon conviction, fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
