(A) A portion of all fees collected pursuant to this chapter and title 13, "Schedule Of Fees", of this Code shall be deposited to the Cemetery Endowment Fund. (Ord. 16/2017, 6-5-2017)
(B) It shall be the duty of the City to care for all cemetery lots which are sold hereafter; to mow the grass and weeds from the same and to keep said lot or lots in general good condition.
(C) The City finance authority shall keep a permanent record showing the money received by him for endowment purposes, from whom it is received and the particular lot or lots to which said several endowments apply. Such records shall be kept by the Comptroller as required by law. The City finance authority shall report annually to the Corporate Authorities as to the financial activities of the Endowment Fund.
