8-1-1: OWNERSHIP OF LOTS:
The ownership of the lots as laid out and platted in the cemetery shall be in the City, unless sold to a person or persons specified and recorded as owners of lots in the records as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 03-17-08-1, 3-17-2008)
