It shall be unlawful for any person selling or offering to sell any tobacco products at retail on its business premises within the city of Aledo to display tobacco products on the counter where any cash register is maintained or to display any tobacco products for sale at retail other than in a showcase or other secured display rack that requires clerk assistance before any customer wishing to purchase tobacco products can come into possession of such tobacco products.
