All tobacco products offered for sale at retail within the city of Aledo must be displayed on the business premises in a location other than on the counter where any cash register is maintained and must be displayed in a showcase or other secured display rack so that clerk assistance is required before any person wishing to purchase any tobacco products can come into possession of such tobacco products.
