For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them:
PERSON: Any individual, firm, association, partnership, corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.
RETAIL BUSINESS: Any person, firm, association, partnership, corporation, trust, or any other legal entity which offers tobacco products for sale at retail on its business premises.
TOBACCO PRODUCTS: Any substance containing tobacco leaf, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, or dipping tobacco. (Ord. 2/2004, 5-17-2004)
