All work done within the City by licensed sewer builders and drain layers shall be subject to the inspection, supervision and approval of the inspector or someone duly appointed by him, and all faulty or defective work done by or under the direction of any such person, when discovered, shall be made satisfactory to the said inspector, and no further permits will be issued to the party in default until all defects have been corrected and made right.
