Unless otherwise stated, penalties upon conviction of an offense under this chapter shall be as follows:
(A) Each violation at the property in question shall carry a fine pursuant to title 12, "Schedule Of Fines", of this Code.
(B) Other sanctions may be applied as provided for by law.
(C) The Hearing Officer may, in addition to the imposition of a fine, order the defendant to perform community service unless otherwise precluded by law.
(D) The imposition of fines shall not restrict the City from taking other measures as provided by law to enforce this chapter and otherwise obtain compliance or the abatement of nuisances. (Ord. 19/2016, 1-3-2017)
